Exterior Siding

Two-story house with light brown siding, dark trim, and a wrap-around balcony in a forest setting.

The Right Product for Every Exterior Surface

Exterior siding takes a beating: freeze, thaw, rain, intense sun. Without proper preparation and the right products, paint peels within a few seasons. At Peinture Polaris, we treat each surface type with the appropriate product for your exterior siding in Blainville, Laval or anywhere on the North Shore of Montreal.

Our Process

Lasting work begins well before the first brushstroke. Every step is completed by our team. Here's how we proceed:

  • 1. Pressure washing

Removal of grease, dust and residue to ensure optimal adhesion

  • 2. Surface protection

Windows, doors and other elements covered with tape and polyethylene

  • 3. Application

One coat of primer on wood surfaces, followed by two coats of high-quality spray paint

  • 4. Finish

Removal of protective coverings and final inspection

Products Used by Surface Type

We select the product based on your siding, not the other way around.

CanExel, Vinyl, and Maibec

Duration, Latitude and Emerald Rain Refresh: durable, self-cleaning paints designed for these surfaces.
